The Log Basket is inspired by traditional West Country orchard gathering baskets. The body is hand cut from thick oak bark-tanned bridle leather, and the base is a removable disk of hand joined and cut solid Ash wood. The handles are worked specially to brilliant shine for a warm and tactile feel, before skilful stitching. The two large leather panels, showcasing the beauty and depth of the material, are stitched together and laced with decorative burnished lace.
